I find it very good, the quality is quite good, even the honeycomb is very weak, the plastic caps have to be inserted very carefully so as not to separate the cells, I say this because it has already happened to me. Otherwise perfect, fast and well packaged.

Honeycomb Laser Bed E10 with pins

Very nice construction honeycomb piece with aluminium undersheet. Perfect size for the cutter and well marked along the frame. Holds the piece being cut flat and without movement during the cutting/engraving process.

Got there in the end

There were two parts of my order.
The honeycomb cutting bed came without an issue but the laser itself was held up at customs and I was not notified, upon receiving a response saying I owed £80 in customs holding charges, once paid, the Laser arrived the next working day

SET UP
I paid the extra to have the laser assembled before shipping and although it came assembled when I went to mount the laser module the focus screw was not included in my kit and it took two more weeks to receive the same screw I was already using as a replacement which is fine, just not as sleek as the lever that is advertised

Otherwise a great machine, I would highly recommend
I had somewhat of a poor shipping experience but customer service has good communication and straightforward support
I love the machine and will continue to shop with Acmer in future
